What started as a simple food truck to enjoy some Southern BBQ, turned into two locations and a full fledged catering service to bring our irresistible menu to you. Our authentic southern style BBQ roster highlights our signature slow smoked meats such as pulled pork, beef brisket and ribs. All our meats are responsibly sourced and prepared in an aromatic dry rub, then slow smoked over applewood.
